01.Overview
Working with one of Australia's Big 4 banks, we designed a transformative approach to internal audit that leverages GenAI and automation to free auditors from repetitive manual tasks and enable them to focus on strategic analysis and risk assessment.
02.The Challenge
Internal auditors were spending 70% of their time on manual data collection, document review, and basic compliance checks—work that provided little value and left minimal time for the complex analytical work that truly matters.
03.The Solution
Through extensive stakeholder workshops and user research, we designed an AI-enhanced workflow that automates routine tasks while keeping humans in control of critical decisions. The solution included:
